Blue Spruce Motel

Lovely little motel, $50, $57 with taxes for a king bed room. New carpet, looked and smelled clean. Great staff. Wrote this one down, will definitely stay on next trip. Only thing I would change is if they had soap in the shower or for sale in office. So nice to find clean, reasonable room for a great rate. And it's a small business which is always a plus for me.

I have stayed here several times do to doctor appointments. They have always been so friendly and allowed me to check in a little earlier so my husband wouldn't have to wait in the car. He is on oxygen and it has been 100 degree weather. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Nice older room with a wonderful proprietress. Fresh carpeting and paint. the mattress could use an update, but I slept fabulously anyway. The windows let in a fair amount of outside noise. But I didn't hear my neighbors, and the water pressure was on point. Thank you, Cheryl, for making my stay easy

Great simple motel passing through and needing a bed to crash in for cheap. Cheryl and her daughter were very kind both in person and over the phone. Location is downtown, so some noise at night is to be expected.

5/5. I am a young woman solo traveler and Cheryl was so incredibly welcoming and kind and made me feel so safe. She gave me her cell phone number and was super awesome and understanding with my arrival time due to my long ride. The rooms are priced well for what they are! Not luxury but clean and comfortable. The ONLY negative is it can get a bit loud from people reving their engines at the light right next to it. If you are a very sensitive sleeper it may be difficult to fall asleep.

This was a very convenient, cost effective stay for us passing through on a drive across the country. If you’re looking for a comfy bed to sleep in for the night without breaking the bank, this is a good spot. To be fair, you get what you pay for. The rooms are certainly not top tier, but they are what you would expect for the price. That said, everything was cleaned and laundered well.

Comfy bed, great price, running water, fridge and microwave. No complaints here! Great place for 57 bucks Friendly service as well :)

My husband and I Stayed here for two days while his mother was in the hospital, this was by no means a modern hotel. they still have keyed doors anduse paper for logins. but it was clean,comfortable and the Front desk lady was the best. The rooms were very very clean. They charged a reasonable service fee per night for pets. the only real complaint I have is not being able to control the temperature of the room. The first night it felt like we were in a hot box. However it had a ceiling fan and box fan in the room which made it tolerable the second night was much better. it also is a little noisy due to its location, of being right in a main road in the town. I would stay here again !
